CANCELLATION POLICY

"At Edge&Elegance Hair and Healing, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a call at least 24 hours in advance or asap. Life happens sometimes and we’ve all been there. Please call or reach out if you’re not able to come or need to reschedule. Communication goes along way and usually we can rebook with no issues. Unfortunately, no-call, no-show clients, will be charged a fee of 25% of the scheduled services missed. Our space is limited and we want to ensure you have the most convenient and comfortable experience possible. We’re honored to be chosen by you and hope to build a long lasting relationship. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in the studio.
